Gary Marker, an esteemed member of the Wideband Systems team, has been promoted to the role of Technical Support Specialist for all of Delta Telemetry Systems (DTS). DTS, the telemetry arm of our company, is made up of Acroamatics, GDP, TCS, and Wideband.
In his new position, Gary will take on a range of responsibilities to ensure exceptional pre and post-sales technical support across the globe. His expertise will encompass demo preparation and showcasing, technical sales support, and product training activities. Serving as a hot desk customer service advocate, Gary will be your go-to resource for technical information, troubleshooting, and the coordination of new feature requests, bug fixes, and repairs. He will seamlessly interface with both our factory and valued customers to ensure smooth communication and outstanding service.
Furthermore, Gary will contribute his technical writing skills to produce comprehensive manuals, data sheets, and marketing materials. His attention to detail and deep product knowledge will ensure that our technical documentation remains accurate and informative.
Notably, Gary will play a crucial role in managing and organizing product repairs and customer service requests. Leveraging cloud-based tracking tools, he will streamline the process, ensuring efficient resolutions and customer satisfaction.
